  1. After I turned 70 I noticed that the skin, especially on the back of my hands and inside of my arms, was becoming very wrinkled. As some of my more blunt and less polite hobbit friends said, I was starting to look rather treeish. I bought a canister and started putting 1 scoop of collagen powder in my morning coffee every day. After a month there was no noticeable difference and I figured it’s not working for me. However, I still had 2/3 of the can left and figured I might as well finish it. I started putting 1 scoop in the coffee twice a day. After another 2 weeks I thought I was noticing some improvement. By the time I finished the can I had no doubt that the wrinkles on the back of my hands had significant improvement, 25-30%. I’m now on my third can and there’s probably at least a 75% reduction in the wrinkles on my hands and about 20-25% improvement on my arms. My receding hair line did not grow back but the hair I have left looks fuller, thicker and healthier. So, I have to say that it worked for me.

  2. Just had knee surgery and was prescribed pain medication. In my drug induced state, I bought collagen peptides (along with a lot of other items online). I will take the collagen, as it doesn’t sound like it will hurt me, but won’t buy again. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your channel. I have gotten such good information from you about my torn meniscus that my orthopedic surgeon didn’t spend the time explaining to me. You are so fun too. thank you, thank you, thank you.
