And that is not true , sugar is dissolved if properly mix not using oil, sugar scrub can be made with liquid body soap , sugar mixed with oil won’t dissolve , but the sugar thickness can be selected instead of brown or raw sugar , use white refines sugar smaller cristals and softer exfoliation
