I love the history stories you bring . (LIMEY) Thanks.😂
Very strange how they say nothing about the type of quality or source of vitamin c vs benefits and absorption . Ascorbic acid is just one small part of what vitamin c is. many other parts . When those parts are taken together it’s much better . Very important thing to leave out of a video like this
Sauerkraut
No mention
These two are scammers and time wasters
They’re also very rich
I’m 67, and for years I would take V-C but only if I came down with a cold, then I would pound it by doubling the recommended dose, 2 days later, I’m completely over it.
So i don’t get it, ive been sick chronically and i keep getting infections which i believe is partially caused by my dusty and moldy home. I’ve been getting strep and sinus infections and the flu a lot and so has my wife. I have an empty box of the same antibiotics all dated a year out from each other not exactly but generally. I feel like my immune system is struggling to fight illness and infection due to having to fight off mold and dust which I’m allergic to dust. This video didn’t answer my question but I’m hoping to find an answer. I keep paying hundreds on doctors who keep prescribing me stuff that only helps for a while. My wife and I both obviously have some viral infection and we both need antibiotics but doctors want us both to pay for their time lol so it’s 150 for the visit plus 50 for the strep test and around 20-30 for the meds… for both of us that’s so much money
