  1. I started taking muliti vit centrum i just switched to one a day 50+ and im 48 lol anyway im thinking about taking fish oil at night because i take the one a day early morning. Anyway does anyone know if it will hurt to take centrum in the morning and fish oil at night? Thank you!

  2. What makes it difficult to know if it’s beneficial or not is that most people who usually take multivitamins are probably the ones who need it the least.
Eg, more likely to already eat healthier, exercise etc. it’s an indication that they’re “in charge of their own health” as you guys said.

  3. Thanks to a multivitamin with 12mg of B6 which I took years I ended up with B6 toxicity (6 times the norm) and peripheral neuropathy.
