  1. If you don’t tollerate probiotics, could be if you have a bad bacteria overgroath and the good ones you toss in compete with the bad guys. Then you can try get rid of some off the bad guys first. Like with garlic, mastic gum…
    Healthy diet. No sugar, no grain for a while maybe.
    And try again.
    Also bad bacteria could “eat” prEbiotics of you are taking that. Make sure to do some work to get rid of the bad guys.
    Just what I’ve learned about this through “Kick it naturally” and Dr Berg among some.
